Duneva Smart Homes is the public-facing name of this service. Business operator: Duneva Smart Homes. Duneva coordinates enquiries, project briefs and introductions to installation specialists. Use the contact form for service or privacy questions.

What we collect and why

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the contact details, property information, preferences and message you provide. We also retain the enquiry’s landing page, campaign labels and referrer information where available to understand how the conversation began. We use these details to respond, qualify the project, manage follow-up and maintain a record of the enquiry.

Please do not send device credentials, access codes or detailed security arrangements through the form. Initial photographs and floor plans are not requested here.

Reviews and project stories

If you submit a review, your email is retained privately to check the client relationship. With your permission, we may publish your display name, community, rating and review. Reviews are moderated for authenticity, relevance and private information; criticism is not a reason to withhold a genuine review. To withdraw publication permission, use the contact form. Project stories require the client’s permission and should not disclose home addresses or security details.

WhatsApp enquiries

When you choose a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp opens with a suggested message. No message is sent until you send it there. WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own privacy terms.

Partner introductions

Submitting the form does not automatically share your information with an installer. We will identify the proposed partner, explain what information they need and obtain your permission before an introduction. The contracting partner handles its own installation records, contract and warranty responsibilities under its own applicable privacy obligations.

Storage, service providers and access

Enquiries and editorial content are stored using the site’s hosting and database services. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to the authorised operator. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process information outside the UAE; applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be considered for the service. We do not sell enquiry data.

Retention and your choices

We retain enquiry information only while needed for the conversation, related service administration or a legitimate record-keeping requirement. You can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent for future optional use, or raise a privacy concern through the contact route above. Requests are assessed under applicable requirements, including any records that must be retained.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not include advertising or third-party analytics trackers. We count page views, form interactions and WhatsApp link clicks in daily summaries by page and referring-source category. These summaries do not contain names, email addresses, full referral URLs or persistent visitor identifiers. They are retained for up to 180 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this optional activity collection. Short-lived hashed request identifiers help limit abuse and are removed after expiry. A browser-session record stores the first landing and referral information for enquiry attribution. Hosting or sign-in services may use necessary cookies for access and security. No card payment information is collected by this website.

Prices and project contracts

Published ranges and the budget selector are indicative planning guides, not verified partner offers, quotations or guarantees. Applicable taxes, subscriptions, equipment quantities, installation, exclusions and payment stages must be stated in the partner’s written proposal. No survey or installation is booked by using this site.

The named installation partner contracts with you for the work, receives installation payments and provides the agreed warranties. Duneva may receive a referral fee from that partner. Any separate coordination fee charged to you must be explained and agreed in advance.

Content and imagery

Guides are general planning information and do not replace a property survey, manufacturer requirements or qualified professional advice. Product compatibility and exact features must be confirmed. We do not guarantee energy savings, universal device compatibility or uninterrupted cloud features.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the service. The date above identifies the latest revision. If your enquiry concerns personal information, say “Privacy request” in the message and provide enough information for us to identify the record securely.
